Terms and Conditions of Sales

Retail Returns

We will accept all returns of new-condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered and with original packaging) merchandise, excluding opened jocks, groin protectors, mouth guards, videos, yoga and exercise mats, DVDs and CDs within 30 days of your receipt of them. A full refund, minus our actual ship price (which is always more than $2.95) will be tendered, or a replacement can be requested. You are responsible for shipping the package back to us.

Packaging must be returned intact and the unit's box must be covered and kept in new-condition. Putting labels on or otherwise damaging or allowing damage to occur to the packaging will result in forfeiture of refund or replacement for that item. If the return cannot be accepted the items will only be shipped back to the customer at the customer's cost.

Wholesale Returns

We will accept all returns of new-condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered and with original packaging) merchandise, excluding opened jocks, groin protectors, mouth guards, videos, yoga and exercise mats, DVDs and CDs within 60 days of your receipt of them. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the return is a result of a defective or mis-shipped item. For exchanges, you are responsible for the shipping charges that result from shipping the product back to you. You are responsible for shipping the package back to us.

Packaging must be returned intact and the unit's box must be covered and kept in new-condition. Putting labels on or otherwise damaging or allowing damage to occur to the packaging will result in forfeiture of refund or replacement for that item. If the return cannot be accepted the items will only be shipped back to the customer at the customer's cost.

Shipping and Handling

We ship by UPS (or equivalent) whenever possible. UPS is generally faster than U.S.Postal Mail.  However, someone must be at home to sign for the merchandise upon delivery. If you are not there on the first day, it will be up to you to contact UPS for a delivery arrangement.

You may choose from:

UPS Ground (travel time = 5-8 business days)
UPS 2-Day (travel time = 2 business days, AK/HI 2-3 business days)
UPS Next Day Saver (travel time = 1 business day)
USPO (only for Foreign orders, APO/FPO orders)


Important notes!

Your order's estimated time of arrival = travel time + processing time
"Travel Time" does not include weekends and holidays.
Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
If you select Express Shipping Methods, your order will not necessarily arrive in one or two days respectively.

Shipping Disclaimer

 

  1. Shipping Notification
    After the product ships, we ask that the receiving party listed on the shipping address of the order, contact the trucking company directly to coordinate delivery date and time.

For all deliveries via freight truck, the trucking company will assume your business or home is open and staffed to receive deliveries Mon-Fri during normal business hours. For delivery appointments it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact the trucking company to arrange a delivery appointment. Any and all redelivery charges incurred will be billed back to the customer.

  1. Contact the Freight Company for Delivery Appointment

    Prowin does not include free delivery appointments for freight deliveries, this would incur an additional fee of $30.00. Because most customers would like to save this cost we ask our customers to contact the freight companies directly to coordinate deliveries. Delivery appointments are available upon request at the time of order, for an additional cost of $30.00.

  2. Delivery Timing

    If you require products delivered by a certain date, please call Customer Service to verify your product availability. Please do not assume that products you can order on our web site are necessarily in stock. Prowin does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any order. The listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance. Prowin is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers.

  3. Getting Product Off the Truck

    Freight deliveries are dock to dock, which means the receiving party is required to remove the product from the truck. Truck drivers will position the product towards the back of the trailer. Truck drivers are not responsible for removing product off of the truck. In most cases our products can be hand unloaded off of the pallet from the back of the delivery truck.

  4. Inspecting for Damage

    Please be sure to check all packages for any potential damage during transit. Prowin is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. It is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to fully inspect the product at the time of delivery for any potential damage. We recommend removing any protective wrapping to fully inspect the product, before the driver leaves. In addition please count the product before signing the Delivery Receipt.

  5. What to Do If Product is Damaged

    If the product is damaged in any way, DO NOT REFUSE THE PRODUCT, it is best to receive the product and replacement product will be shipped out to you, please read on. Refusing product by the customer does not excuse the customer for re-deliver or return shipping costs.

  6. If damage did occur during transit

    Any and all damage must be noted on the Bill of Receipt in detail and signed by the driver. A copy of the Bill of Receipt will need to be faxed or mailed to Prowin in order for a damage claim to be filed with the trucking company, on your behalf, in order for replacement product to be sent to the customer.

  7. Lift Gate and Inside Delivery Options

    Lift gate and inside delivery services are available at additional cost. If you believe you may require lift gate or inside delivery, please contact Customer Service for assistance to learn more about the particulars of product packaging of your specific order. If requested and paid for at the time of order, Lift Gate Service will transfer the product off of the truck and onto the curb at the delivery site.

  8. Additional Accessorial Charges

    Any and all additional charges, such as delivery appointment, lift gate service, inside delivery, change of address, residential delivery, limited access, re-delivery, and storage fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer unless stated in the customer order as part of the shipping costs pre-paid for by the customer to Prowin at the time of order.

  9. Limited Access Issues

    All freight deliveries will arrive, in most cases, in a full size 42 Ft tractor trailer truck, (such as long haul trucks you might see on the freeway system). It is the customer's responsibility to notify Prowin at the time of order, if your delivery location has potential limited access issues. In the event the truck cannot reach your location or can not turn around in your area. Any and all re-delivery charges incurred will be billed back to the customer if delivery is attempted and cannot be completed because of unknown limited access issues.

 

 

Sizing Information

Most items have a sizing chart located towards the bottom of the product page. If you need further assistance, email info@prowincorp.com and we will do our best to assist you. Sizing charts are to aid you in the picking the correct size, but many factors go into the perfect fit and the sizing chart is not guaranteed to provide the correct size.

Sizing tips:

  1. If you are in between sizes, select the larger size. Uniforms can be hemmed and altered to be made smaller.
  2. Different manufacturers use different sizing charts. Don't exclusively rely on your current uniform size, unless you are purchasing the same brand uniform.
  3. Headgear - if your headgear is pulling at your hair, wear a bandanna and it will fit better.

Frequently Asked Questions

1.  How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Add the items to your cart, enter your zip code on the shopping cart page, and estimated ship times for the various available shipping methods will be displayed. That date is an estimated date. Actual delivery may vary by as much as 2-4 business days. If you need to ensure that your order is delivered by a certain date call or email to confirm the delivery date. .

2.    Special price shipping promotion (no matter how many items you order)

Special shipping Offer: Entire order must be shipped to a single address. Only applies to orders to be shipped to a valid address in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Offer is valid for shipments to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. Customer responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise. Offer is only valid while supplies last. This promotion may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.

3.    Sales Tax -- NJ only

Sales Tax is only collected for residents of New Jersey State.

4.    Can I order offline?

Yes. Place an order by email or phone/fax.

We do not consider deferred payment.

By paying with a Credit Card, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the total amount of your order including shipping with handling and any applicable sales tax. Your credit card will be charged when your order is processed. All orders are payable on demand in US dollars.

5.    What is the procedure for an international order?

Just place the order. We will get back to you the same or next business day with an exact shipping cost. You will then have the option of accepting or voiding the order. We will require a faxed copy of the credit card used for any order being shipped outside the United States. This is to ensure that the card is physically in your possession, to reduce fraud.

Recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing and other fees involved with shipping internationally.

6.    What items cannot be shipped internationally?

We cannot ship heavy or overly large items such as punching bags and stretching equipment internationally. We do not ship swords internationally. The only martial arts weapons we can ship internationally are padded weapons.

7.    What items cannot be shipped internationally?

We cannot ship to all countries. If you country isn't on the list, please contact us by phone/fax or email.

8.    Is special verification required for international orders?

Yes. Proof that the physical card is yours and is in your possession will be required before international orders ship.

9.    I'm in the military and stationed overseas. Can you ship to an APO and how much will it cost me?

Yes, we can ship to an APO. We will ship to military locations via USPS Priority.

10.  Are there shipping surcharges for large or heavy items, such as Wavemasters, heavy bags or bobs?

No, there aren't.

11.  I have a Dojo and love your selection. Do you offer wholesale accounts?

 Yes, we do. Please visit “contact us” page or contact by phone/fax to learn more.

12.  Do you gift wrap?

We do not gift wrap at this time.

Financial charges to delayed payment

       Following general policy is applied to any over due payment unless agreed otherwise separately;

1. Interest shall apply to all overdue invoices at the rate of 18% per annum

2. Any additional expenses incurred by Prowin to collect any past due monies including, but

     not limited to, the original debts, interests, attorney fees and other collection related expenses

     shall be paid by the buyer.

 

Applicable Law

Weapons are sold only for collection, display or demonstration or training under expert supervision, demonstration of forms, collection, or display. Prowincorp.com/Prowin Corporation is not responsible for improper or illegal use or modification of the weapons or equipment is sells. Some weapons may be illegal in user's area, it is the user’s responsibility to research and follow state and local laws.

Weapons training requires: appropriate safety gear, including but not limited to head, face, eye, and mouth protection. Protection methods and gear vary for different weapons and techniques, make sure to always consult a professional and practice the appropriate safety measures. Weapons should only be used in a safe training environment.

To decrease chances of injury, user should respect weapon(s), inspect them before each use to insure they are in proper condition and not use them for sparring or contact. Weapons will not be sold to anyone under 18 years of age.

Sparring gear is intended to reduce the risk and severity of accidental injury to protected areas during supervised, no contact or light contact martial arts sparring. Gear sold by Prowincorp.com/Prowin Corporation is intended only for light martial arts sparring under the supervision of a skilled instructor who responsibly monitors techniques and intensity of sparring and insures students are properly trained and physically conditioned. All sparring participants should wear full sets of equipment and not use old, modified, damaged or improperly fitted equipment.
